Ruk'u'x Ulew source their Cacao from Alta Verapaz , in the central areas of Guatemala. From here it is shipped to their workshop in San Marcos la laguna. The women cooperate in the labor-intensive process of roasting, peeling, grinding and packing the beans to turn them into a delicious and creamy Cacao paste.
